widepeepoHappy can be spammed in chat to signify extreme happiness, delight, joy and all those other positive feelings. It is a variation of peepohappy which is en emote to express happiness. Widepeepohappy is the same emote but literally wider, hence the extreme happiness.
Looking a little deeper, there are plenty of other emotes on Twitch for happiness, widepeepohappy is a part of the Pepe the Frog series of emotes and will be commonly used by users and channels who tend to use Pepe often.
Peepo refers to a squashed image of Pepe/MonkaS, wide means it is then stretch to the sides and happy is for, well, happiness. Any Pepe emote with Peepo will have a squashed appearance.
Wide (stretched to the side) Peepo (squashed pepe) Happy (happy Pepe).
So, there you have it, the meaning of widepeepohappy is extreme happiness.
