Celebrity Twitch Streamers


Live streaming has exploded in popularity over the last decade, it’s no surprise that celebrities would want to make use of this popular new medium to interact with their fans. In this post we’re going to look at some of the celebrities who currently stream on Twitch or have streamed in the past.


1. Deadmau5

To say that Joel Zimmerman AKA Deadmau5 is a fan of video games is an understatement.

He has had a neck tattoo of a Space Invader for as long as his career, as well as a plethora of other gaming related tattoos including hearts on his sleeve. Out of all the celebrities who stream on Twitch, Deadmau5 was among the ones who streamed most consistently.

Until he was banned for hate speech in early 2019, that is.

Before he was banned though, Deadmau5 would mostly stream Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds or the process of making new music.

2. Mia Khalifa

Perhaps one of the more infamous streamers to grace the platform, Mia Khalifa does in fact stream safe for work content. Due to her background, she does get a lot of questions asking about her experience in the porn industry, to which she is very open about sharing.

3. Mia Rose

Mia Rose is another adult entertainer who used to stream with the likes of Athene back in the day. She is a live streaming veteran, having first streamed on Twitch from August 2011, according to her Twitch bio. These days Mia still frequently streams on Twitch, mainly WOW Classic.

4. Soulja Boy

Soulja Boy hasn’t streamed much on Twitch at all, though his short lived time on the platform did bring some hilarious moments – mainly this one below when the chat was complaining about his background music. Headphone users be warned:

Not many people will remember this, but Soulja Boy used to upload gaming content to his Youtube channelOpens in a new tab.. He was massively into games like Halo before he made his debut and was involved in the MLG scene back in the day.

5. T-Pain

T Pain still maintains a successful rap career alongside his streaming antics. You can mostly catch him streaming Overwatch, but he does like to check out new releases.

For a long time T-Pain felt like he had to hide his love for gaming, but began to embrace his passion through Twitch which is an incredibly accepting environment for gamers.

6. Andy Milonakis

Since Andy began streaming on Twitch his popularity has soared. He is mostly affiliated with the likes of Raj Patel and Greekgodx but pulls in a large amount of viewers from his IRL streams.

If you aren’t already familiar with Andy Milonakis, he became famous from “The Andy Milonakis Show” on MTV which began back in 2005. After his stint in television, Andy went on to pursue a career in rap alongside his hobby of Twitch streaming.

7. Terry Crews

Of all the celebrity Twitch streamers, Terry Crews is perhaps the most high profile.

Terry isn’t an active Twitch streamer, however he wanted to dip his feet in the water because his son is passionate about video games and he wanted to share the experience.

I’m sure you already know who Terry Crews is but for those who don’t, he has appeared in movies such as White Chicks, The Expendables & Bridesmaids.

8. Lil Yachty

Now that Lil Yachty is a millionaire, he has plenty of time to kick back and play games. His lifestyle must be similar to T-Pain, who also balances a life of live performances and Twitch streaming.

Yachty doesn’t stream much at all these days but still likes to get involved in the industry, he recently competed in the Twitch Rivals event at E3.

9. Mighty Mouse

Mighty Mouse AKA Demetrious Johnson is a UFC flyweight champion who streams under the name MightyGaming. He streams very regularly and maintains a successful streaming career alongside his incredible MMA career

A little bit about his UFC history – Mighty Mouse uses a mix of wrestling and Pankration and has defend his UFC title 11 times as champion. He is often considered one of the best fighters in the world on a pound-for-pound basis.

Mostly a variety streamer, MightyGaming plays a mix of fighting games like UFC and Street Fighter as well as the usual Fortnite / PUBG.

10. Rampage Jackson

Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is a UFC fighter like Mighty Mouse, though he instead competes in the light-heavyweight championships.

Streaming under the name RAMPAGEishuman, he streams consistently and puts all of the donations gained from his viewers back into the stream in the form of giveaways, buying the latest games and improving his setup.

He likes to keep the subject of his streams on the game he’s playing, politely requesting fans to keep any MMA related questions for the Q&A sessions he holds from time to time.

11. Matt Heafy

Trivium guitarist and lead vocalist Matt Heafy likes to stream content from his studio playing the guitar.

When he isn’t playing the guitar, he likes to play Overwatch and a select few other variety games like Modern Warfare or Fortnite. Matt also on occasion practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) on stream.

A part of the revenue gained from streaming and his affiliate referrals are donated to the Extra Life charity and his local children’s hospital.

Matt has been streaming since 2017 however as Trivium are always touring the stream schedule changes frequently and varies on the time zone of the country he is in.

12. Brendon Urie

Brendon Urie is the lead singer of Panic! At the Disco and is very active on Twitch. You can usually catch him streaming Fortnite or other new releases like Red Dead Redemption.

13. Snoop Dogg

Snoop hosts tournaments and other sponsored streams on his new Twitch channel. You can imagine the life Snoop Dogg lives so he doesn’t stream nearly as much as the others on this list, but it’s an active channel and if you’re into things like Madden you should check it out.

14. Sasha Grey

Sasha is a musician, writer, photographer, and published author, though you may also be familiar with her name from her career in the adult film industry or for voice acting Viola from the Saints Row games. She is a variety streamer and tries to stream at least three times per week.

15. James Buckley

You’ll recognise James Buckey if you’ve grown up watching UK TV series (and film) “The Inbetweeners” as James played the role of Jay Cartwright.

16. Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson

Icelandic professional strongman Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson AKA The Mountain from HBO’s Game of Thrones now streams on Twitch. You can find him streaming a mixed bag of games including Call of Duty, CS:GO

17. Skrillex

That’s right – EDM goliath Skrillex now has his very own Twitch channel. Before he made his new channel, Skrillex would briefly stream parts of his music production on social media, but it’s unclear as to whether he will be streaming music production, video games or both when he gets his Twitch channel into full swing.

18. Limmy

Scottish comedian Limmy (from Limmy’s Homemade Show) streams on Twitch Monday to Friday. There are countless clips of Limmy that have gained a ton of views across both YouTube and Reddit so you may well have encountered him before.

19. Mike Shinoda

Mike Shinoda is an American musician and one of the founders of the rock group Linkin Park. He mostly streams the process of music production and the occasional casual game such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

20. Herman Li

Herman Li is the founder of the music act DragonForce. You may recognize DragonForce from their legendary “Through The Fire And Flames” song popularized online by the Guitar Hero franchise. On his Twitch channel, you can find him doing what he does best – playing the guitar.

21. Lando Norris

Formula 1 driver Lando Norris streams a mixed bag of games in his down time, however the real gem with Lando Norris’ twitch channel is the first person view he streams when practicing his driving around the race track.

22. Disclosure

UK electronic music duo Howard & Guy Lawrence have recently started streaming their music production sessions on Twitch.
